Tim's entertainment practice involves providing legal services for large and small budget films, as well as television productions. Tim's focus has been mainly on independent films and working closely with producers to try and ensure that their rights and interests are protected throughout the filmmaking process.

Prior to graduating from law school, Tim was a paralegal for ten years in both large and small firms in Seattle, WA. As a paralegal, Tim has worked on the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill litigation, as well as other class-actions and mass-tort litigations. In addition, he worked in the litigation department for one of the largest banks in the nation. He served as custodian of records for the bank and appeared on its behalf in multiple state and federal trials throughout the country.
